arcengine license的问题

<P>我的机器上有两个系统，一个用arcengine92+VSS2005开发，一个是arcengine92+VB6开发，VSS2005里arcengine能正常使用，可是在VB6中，project--->component---->的ESRIcontrols里的组件是..\arcgis\bin\SymbologyControls.ocx ,应该是ArcGIS\com\esriControls.olb才对，可是选择这个文件后，出错：'D:\Program Files\ArcGIS\com\esriControls.olb' could not be loaded  这样arcengine license的控件就出不来，请问高手有什么办法？？</P>
