<P>你看看C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x下的license.dat文件，打开。看第一行“SERVER hhs ANY 27000” "hhs"为你的机器名。</P>

<P>我跟你出现了同样的问题,不过我已经解决了,是<STRONG><EM>因为你安装过程中有一步没选对</EM></STRONG></P>

<P>你把Arc gis 卸了,然后重新装,</P>
<P>方法如下.</P>
<P>按照安装包里的CRACK目录下的那个install文件讲的顺序安装:</P>
<P>先装manager,装完不重启,再替换ARCGIS.exe ,再重启,再装ARCGIS,<STRONG><EM>记住那一步指定"use local license manager on......"</EM></STRONG></P>
<P>1.) start install of the license manager from License folder<BR>2.) point to the provided license<BR>3.) after install replace the ARCGIS.exe (Dongle is now removed)<BR>4.) reboot<BR>5.) install ArcGIS Desktop<BR><STRONG><EM>6.) use the local license manager when asked<BR></EM></STRONG>7.) enjoy, because all done</P>
<P>英文都不用翻译了,</P>
<P>关键在第六步,注意在安装的开始不久会有一个对话框,有三个选项,</P>
<P>我只记得第一项是:</P>
<P><STRONG><EM>Use local license manager on ......</EM></STRONG></P>
<P>选这一项,就Ok 了</P>

 输入 127.0.0.1就可以了<br>

原因是：没有把你的<STRONG>Hostname更改过来！可以直接更改Licnse。dat中的this_host改为你的计算机主机名，或者打开ArcGIS-Desktop Administrator更改License Manager 主机名。</STRONG>
