地图刷新的问题

<P>开发VB＋AO</P>
<P>在<a href="mk:@MSITStore:C:\Program%20Files\ArcGIS\DeveloperKit\Help\COM\VB\esriCarto.chm::/IActiveView_GraphicsContainer.htm" target="_blank" ><STRONG>GraphicsContainer</STRONG></A>中保存了大约八百多个Element。</P>
<P>当我刷新Elements时，地图上的注记也会跟着刷新，当刷新的频率高时注记的闪烁更是严重。</P>
<P>Mapcontrol1.ActiveView.PartialRefresh esriViewGraphics, Nothing, Nothing<BR></P>
<P>有没有办法只刷新Element而注记不刷新？</P>
