AppLockMgr为什么占用大部分CPU？

我在一张自己制作的矢量地图（shp格式）上进行空间查询，结果运行程序时发现系统启动了AppLockMgr.exe，该进程占用了大部分CPU，使程序运行非常缓慢，请问各位这是什么原因？有什么解决办法？
