求助：关于arcgis8.3安装中的系统区域语言设置问题

<P>各位大虾:<BR>我在安装和运行arcgis8.3的时候遇到如下问题:<BR>我的OS是win2000,sp4英文版。 如果控制面版（Control Panel）的“区域和语言选择”(Regional Options)窗中的“系统语言设置”(language settings for the system)缺省设置为英文的话, arcgis就能正常工作, 无论“当前用户语言设置”（settings for the current user)是英文或中文。但这时其他的一些中文界面的软件就不能正常显示了。<BR>如果把“系统语言设置”(system locale)缺省设置为中文， 运行arcgis时就总会遇到如下冲突：Visual Fortran run-time error<BR>forrtl:severe (38): error during write, unit 0, file CONOUT$<BR>Image         PC<BR>DFORRT.dll  610xxxxx;.....<BR>aibase.dll     035xxxxx; .....<BR>FeatureDB.dll  032C0C20<BR>ole32.dll         77xxxxxx；....<BR>我在esri的论坛上查到，只要当前用户语言和系统区域语言一致就不会有冲突， 而我把语言全设成中文依然有这个问题，请问高手们这该如何解决？<BR>谢谢</P>
