<P>ArcGIS 9.1 focuses on quality, usability, and performance and includes all ArcGIS 9 service pack improvements. In addition, it is the main vehicle for the release of Network Analyst on the ArcGIS platform and for introducing the <a href="http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/edn/index.html" target="_blank" >ESRI Developer Network (EDN)</A>.</P>
<P>ArcGIS 9.0 users who are current on maintenance will automatically receive ArcGIS 9.1 at no additional cost.
