请教arctoolbox的问题

大家好我是个新手，想请教个问题：我用的是xp sp2 英文版装的arcgis9，在学校用的是arcgis8 但我在9里打开toolbox没有8里的coverage tool ，在其他地方也没找到。不知是什么问题。请赐教，谢谢
